Amtech RP has modelled a number of leading brands bottles over the years. We will start with the 3d cad data from our client and a finishing brief. We have made clear bottles using our Water Clear resin straight from the machine which we can tint to give and added dimension to the model. The models pictures also have a tinted Jewel glued into the cap and the caps are glued on separately to give the impression of a mass produced bottle.

We have also filled the bottles to a specified weight to make the bottles feel weighted as if full of shampoo etc ideal if you have a number of options for a focus group or marketing. Once painted in our Poly Prop style white paint and with stickers applied these look and feel just like the real thing.
