Project Brief: This award wining company which specialise the next generation of microscope, were looking to enclose there latest product on a high quality clamshell for production purposes.
Action: Working close with the design team we were able to help and advise in the creation of SLA masters for fit and function testing. Once approved these were copied using silicone tools in flame retardant PU resins. With the main bulk of the project complete we set about finishing each and every PU cast to a very high standard. Colour matched paints and clear lacquer gave the highly polished gloss finish the client required.
Finished result: We identified our client’s requirements thus giving Visitech the confidence to take the product into the marketplace. We have built a close relationship with this client through good communication, flexibility and a high quality of work.
