Stereolithography (SLA)

SLA models are tough, ideal for fit or to be painted for marketing or as masters for silicone tooling.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) SLS or selective laser sintering is an excellent way of achieving very tough parts in nylon 12 and glass filled Nylon.
Vacuum Casting High quality vacuum castings are produced by ensuring first class master models are utilized in this process.
RIM Casting Larger sized plastic components are produced by rapid injection manufacture. This is a cold injection process that does not require pre-heating of moulds or post curing of castings.
