Masters are usually made via the SLA route but SLS CNC or Hand made models have all been used successfully.

Components are typically available within 3 days of master pattern approval. Accuracies of 0.2mm are typical with Amtech able to undertake wall thickness down to 0.3mm for complex geometries. Intricate components are possible with undercuts and cores and Amtech has built significant experience in overmoulding and insert moulding.
